The BKE 500 Nm3/hr open flare is designed for industrial biogas operations whose production is beyond the capacity of our low-volume flares. As in all BKE Flare systems, all critical components that come into contact with biogas are made from high-grade stainless steel to resist the corrosive effects of hydrogen sulfide contained in biogas. The BFO-500 includes a flame detector, flame arrester, automatic burner control with safety shut-off valve, and a water separator to remove moisture from the biogas for better combustion.
