With a flaring capacity of 1,500 Nm3/hour, the BFO-1500 open biogas flare is designed for large industrial biogas operations that have large volumes of excess gas to burn off. Its sturdy construction and redundant safety features ensure continual operation and low maintenance. Like all BKE products, the BFO-1000 is CDM compliant, and engineered to the highest standards while at the same time being very simple to operate. Our automatic controls systems and custom-designed gastrains are always configured specifically to needs of each installation.


Designed to safety and reliability in mind as top priorities. Each BKE biogas flare system includes a water separator to remove unwanted hydrate from the combustible fuel, inline flame arresters, automatic flame detector and burner controls with safety shut-off valve.
